Fair Usage Agreement
The use of our software products is controlled by the number of paid user licence subscriptions for a metered period, invoiced for, and payable in advance. The default metered period is a month. It is the customer's responsibility to inform QuickEasy Software of any changes in the number of users to be invoiced for the next metered period when these changes occur. QuickEasy Software reserves the right to, at any time, check the number of actual users logging onto the software products in use by the customer and ascertain the number of users using the software over any given period, and adjust the number of paid users licence subscriptions accordingly. Customers will be notified of these changes when made. Should the actual users exceed the paid users by more than 10%, QuickEasy Software reserves the right to invoice for all unpaid users in previous metered periods not yet paid for.

Amendment of Terms

QuickEasy Software reserves the right to make changes to these Terms of Use or update them from time to time. Customers and website visitors bear the responsibility to ensure that they have read the changes or updates as the case may be.
